 NEW BOOK ANNOUNCEMENT!

I am very excited to announce the release of my newest book!

Transform your life with the same precision used to build governments, corporations, and major projects.

In "A Statement of Work: A Practical Guideline for Self Improvement", Robert Shirley takes the most powerful tool in federal contracting - the Statement of Work - and turns it inward. The result is a bold, structured, no-nonsense system for personal change that replaces vague motivation with clear goals, measurable results, and real accountability.

Part raw autobiography, part philosophical awakening, and part practical manual, this book shows you how to draft a personal SOW that becomes your roadmap to becoming your Authentic Self. With templates, checklists, and a full sample SOW, Shirley gives you everything you need to stop hoping for change and start engineering it.

If you’re ready to rewrite your life with clarity, discipline, and purpose, this book hands you the blueprint.

Available November 30, 2026, from Dark Moon Press!
